

Meet Dr. Reddy
Founding Physician, Medical Director
Pranav M. Reddy MD, MPA is a physician and writer. He is Harvard-trained and board-certified in psychiatry as a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN). He founded Aaram Health in 2024.
He was born in Halifax, Nova Scotia and grew up in Cleveland, Ohio.
Dr. Reddy is a graduate of the Ohio State University, where he studied political science and microbiology as a Presidential Scholar. Prior to training in medicine, he worked at Calcutta Kids, a nonprofit providing essential health and nutrition services for families in Kolkata’s slums. He trained as a Doctor of Medicine (MD) at Brown University. He completed a joint Master in Public Administration (MPA) degree at the Harvard Kennedy School, where he focused on crisis leadership, disaster recovery, and conflict diplomacy. He was awarded a Kennedy Fellowship for professional distinction in public service.
He specialized in psychiatry at Harvard Medical School, where he worked clinically during post-graduate training at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and McLean Hospital. At Harvard, he completed advanced training in clinical immunology, interventional psychiatry (ECT, TMS, Ketamine), and psychedelic-assisted therapies. His research at Mass General Brigham focused on psychiatric neuromodulation, with a focus on targeted electricity to safely treat symptoms of anxiety, stress, and trauma. He additionally completed Fellowship in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy at the Boston Psychoanalytic Society & Institute (BPSI).
Dr. Reddy lectures and teaches trainees at Harvard Medical School. He has worked globally in India, Guatemala, and the Dominican Republic building healthcare capacity in low-resource settings.
